Her vision for the Cancer Schmancer Movement is to ensure all women’s cancers are diagnosed in STAGE 1, when they are most curable. The Cancer Schmancer Movement is promising to make right what’s wrong with women’s healthcare through information, education, and legislation, designed to protect millions of women in every age group.
While Ms. Drescher could have sat back, devasted after diagnosis, she took to the streets, making sure her story was heard, and that countless other women made sure their cancer's were diagnosed early, and that the next generation would be better protected by the new laws that Cancer Schmancer is helping become history. This movement will alert our elected officials that the collective female vote is more powerful than that of the richest corporate lobbyist.
